âme Spa & Wellness Collective offers a 3,600-square-foot state-of-the-art gym featuring Life Fitness signature-series strength and conditioning equipment. All equipment is Wi-Fi-equipped, so you can surf the internet, stream your favorite shows, check email, and more during your workout.

Fitness Classes

The Fitness Center offers weekly classes, including H.I.I.T., Indoor Cycling, Total Body Workout, Zumba, Yoga, Circuit Training, Strength Upper & Lower Body, Pilates (requires Club membership), as well as Water Aerobics.

Personal Training

Whether you want trim down, tone up, or retool your fitness game, our personal trainers will customize a plan based on your specific goals. Ask us about special pricing on personal training packages.

EVOLVE FIT

Tone, sculpt and strengthen your muscles with this challenging workout. The instructor will guide you through a full-body workout utilizing dumbells and resistance bands.

TOTAL CORE

Everything abdominals. Tired of crunches? Get a new view on how to work those abdominals from the inside out.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Our instructors will take you through basic movement patterns to determine inefficiencies in your strength patterns then “challenge” those patterns.

HIIT

An enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. H.I.I.T. is a form of cardiovascular exercise.

INDOOR CYCLING

SWEATSHOP

ZUMBA

YOGA

This class is geared more to beginners and is based on the ancient Indian form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation. Through various postures and breathing techniques.

WATER

This is a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. Water offers natural resistance, which helps strengthen your muscles. Workout with low impact, fun aerobic routines while staying cool.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

From battle ropes and box jumps to dumbell and kettlebells. Get your cardio and strength training in a fun and exciting total body workout. Warm-up, workout, cool down and stretch all in one structure.

TRAMPOLINE

High intensity interval training raises metabolism up to 24 hours after the workout, while improving heart rate and burning fat efficiently. This unique type of HIIT training on a trampoline will boost fitness goals while delivering an enjoyable experience.

MOBILITY CLASS

This unique yoga class combines alignment-based postures and fluid movements using the power of your breath. This class will leave you renewed and refreshed and is open to all levels.

BODY CONDITIONING

Have fun while getting in shape in this full-body workout class. Exercises are organized in a circuit-style setting with multiple stations. Each station targets a specific body part or group of muscles. Every class is finished with some ab work and some stretching. Expect every class to be different and exciting!

MEDITATION AND BREATHING

This class emphasizes stretching and movement patterns that help lubricate the joints and ease stiff and sore muscles. There is nothing wrong with training intensely, but make sure you recover by adding a mobility and stretching routine to your practice.
